Welcome to the Elle Grey LLC website and prototype apps (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Beta Service

The Service is provided for demonstration and evaluation. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2) Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal evaluation only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, publicly host, or exploit the Service or its code, content, or branding without prior written consent from Elle Grey LLC.

4) Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to prototypes, designs, text, graphics, logos, software, source code, and all patent-pending technology (including USPTO Provisional Application No. 63/888,584) are owned exclusively by Elle Grey LLC.

5) User Content

If you submit feedback, ideas, or data, you grant Elle Grey LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

6) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Service may link to third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Google Colab, Netlify). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELLE GREY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELLE GREY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in Monterey County, California.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
